Who we are
Safe Food Corporation is based in Edgewater, New Jersey. We started operations in the early 2000s and incorporated in 2003 as the sales and marketing arm of our parent company, KFC Gıda A.Ş., a privately held specialty food and dried fruit packer in İzmir, Türkiye.
Our goal is simple: keep expanding the range we offer, and keep bringing savings to our customers as an origin packer and importer.
Two halves of one supply chain.
Most importers buy from someone else’s packer. Most packers sell through someone else’s importer. We do both, so nothing is handed off between unrelated companies.

Fig and apricot operations open
Dedicated operations for figs and apricots join the raisin plant.

Sunny Fruit is registered
Our flagship consumer brand receives its first trademark.

A US office opens
Safe Food begins operating from Edgewater, New Jersey.

Safe Food Corporation is incorporated
